On the most important and memorable day of your life, we are here to make sure your day is your own. Make Deer Creek Mountain Camp your home for the days surrounding your wedding, and bring in your choice of vendors, and make everything about our amazing mountain space uniquely yours.
We have created an exceptional facility for you and all of the people who matter most to you to celebrate the most significant event of your life.
We facilitate weddings ranging from 25-150 people really well with some creativity to expand that number to include everyone you want at Deer Creek Mountain Camp.
As part of our “venue” rental, you will get our main reception lodge, outdoor wood bench seating area under the Aspen trees, four A-frame cabins directly above the lodge/outdoor venue, and the dining hall for a three-day, two-night event.
Our reception lodge is where most couples set up their dining area and, has a large room with vaulted ceiling, bridal suite, fireplace, wrap-around decked porch, and a catering room that contains commercial sinks, ice machine, cooler, freezer, and warmer racks to accommodate any amount of catering you’d like. The capacity of this building is about 160 inside. Tables and chairs are provided with your rental.
The dining hall can seat 140 inside and another 45 outside on the decks under the trees and has a full commercial kitchen with walk-in coolers and upright freezers. Tables and chairs are provided with your rental. This building is generally used for the dance, rehearsal dinner and cocktail hours.
The outdoor ceremony area under the Aspen trees has our handmade rustic benches and seating for 250. There are generally local deer in the background of our repurposed aspen arch.
Our standard venue three-day, two-night rental periods are from noon Friday to noon Sunday for Saturday weddings and noon Tuesday to noon Thursday for Wednesday weddings and include the venue itself, dining hall, lodge, gym, and the four lower bunk cabins. We also have another 120 beds of lodging on-site, fully-furnished apartments, cabins, and a house that sleeps 24, excellent parking availability, and are located a couple of miles off of US 285 highway, so your experience with us is free of traffic noise.
